3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following business and commercial purposes:

  • Service Provision: To provide, maintain, and improve our services, including facilitating User Generated Content (UGC), enabling financial transactions, communication services, and the functionality of our 102+ integrated solutions.
  • Security and Fraud Prevention: To protect aireceive, our users, and the decentralized network by detecting and preventing unauthorized or fraudulent use of accounts and services.
  • Product Development and Machine Learning: To improve our products, services, and machine learning technologies. • Legal Compliance: For billing, account management, technical support, and compliance with law.

4. Permissions and Content Handling (UGC Focus)

As a User Generated Content (UGC) network, we require specific permissions to enable Agents (users) to create and share content:

  • Media Permissions (`READ_MEDIA_IMAGES` and `READ_MEDIA_VIDEO`): These permissions are necessary to allow Agents to select and upload image and video content to the network.
  • Privacy Control (Android Photo Picker): To enhance user privacy, aireceive utilizes the Android Photo Picker for all single-session file selections, limiting our access to the rest of the user's device storage.
  • Content Review: Conversations, interactions, and tool outputs may be read, annotated, and processed by human reviewers to help with quality and improve our products (such as generative machine-learning models). We take steps to protect your privacy during this process, which may include disconnecting the content from your aireceive account.

5. How We Protect and Share Your Information

A. Data Security

We employ best practices and appropriate technical and organizational measures to safeguard Personal Data.

  • Access Controls: We use a centralized access management system to restrict access to data and production servers to a limited number of authorized personnel. Access is based on job duties and a need-to-know basis.
  • Authentication: We require the use of unique user IDs, **security questions and answers**, strong passwords, and two-factor authentication (2FA) to minimize unauthorized account use.
  • Encryption and Transmission: Communication over the internet and intranet is transmitted over secure encrypted connections (HTTPS) and **other proprietary secured and encrypted protocols within the aireceive network**. We use industry-standard encryption algorithms and **secured hashing technologies** for stored User Content and passwords.
  • Data Segregation: Customer Personal Data is logically segregated to ensure that users can only access their own data.
  • Incident Response: We will immediately notify you of any Personal Data breaches no later than **seventy-two (72) hours** after we become aware of the breach.

B. Disclosure of Information

We will not sell or share your Personal Data outside of the direct business relationship between the parties, except as expressly permitted under applicable State Privacy Laws. We may disclose information:

  • Within the aireceive Network: To our affiliates and the 102+ entities within the aireceive network to provide integrated and cohesive services.
  • To Sub-processors/Service Providers: To companies that process data on our behalf to provide services outlined in this policy, such as hosting (e.g., using platforms with SOC 2 Type 2 certifications).
  • For Legal Purposes: If required to do so under law or in a judicial, governmental investigation, or regulatory proceeding.

6. Your Privacy Rights and Choices

We are committed to helping you understand and exercise your rights regarding your Personal Information, in compliance with various US State level Privacy Laws (including the CCPA/CPRA) and European Data Protection Legislation (GDPR).

  • Access, Manage, and Delete: You can visit your account settings to find and manage activity information saved in your account. You have the right to review your interactions and tool outputs or delete them.
  • Data Deletion: Upon request, we will promptly delete Customer Personal Data as directed, unless we are required by law to retain such data. We will securely destroy or return Customer Personal Data in our possession upon termination of services, unless legally prevented from doing so.
